Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from all departments promptly.
• Make rounds to check problem areas and note safety concerns.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform electrical and plumbing tasks and manage chemicals per hotel requirements.
