Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo is looking for a Food Runner to join our energetic culinary team. You will support servers, assist in delivering food promptly, and ensure guests enjoy seamless dining experiences.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work nights, weekends and holidays, with strong communication and a positive service mindset. Experience not required, but a passion for hospitality helps.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
• Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
