Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Current and valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Self-starting with a positive, even disposition.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and deliveries.
• Monitor front entrance and arrivals, ensuring safety and order.
• Provide information about room amenities and property services per brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entrance area.
• Assist other departments as needed.
