Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Replenishment Logistics to coordinate basing logistics planning and execution across replenishment, warehousing, and distribution. You translate signals into operating plans, monitor execution, and drive cross-functional actions to stabilize performance and cost.

The role emphasizes ocean network planning, performance analysis, and SOP documentation, collaborating with operations, planning, and logistics partners to ensure reliable product flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient data analysis with ERP/WMS/TMS familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate basing logistics plans across replenishment, warehouse and fulfillment.
• Monitor execution, identify constraints, and drive same-day/week recovery actions.
• Prepare agendas and logs for weekly reviews and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Lead ocean network planning, cost and service performance analyses.
• Develop executive-ready materials for S&OP/S&O and leadership reviews.
