• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs, and drive closure across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis; comfortable working with outputs from ERP/WMS/TMS and shipment visibility tools to build KPI reporting and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into clear narratives, facilitate operating routines, and escalation risks with recommended actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates basing logistics plans and operating schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) across replenishment, warehouse, and fulfillment to meet service, cost, and inventory targets; drives recovery actions.
• Builds and maintains routine performance reporting (service, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory health, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, working capital) using ERP/WMS/TMS and BI tools.
• Maintains operations playbooks and documentation; supports deployment of new routines and changes; ensures operating standards and escalation processes are communicated.
• Coordinates across Logistics, Customer Management, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to align capacity and resolve issues.
