Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in ocean import operations, international freight forwarding or related logistics field (entry-level with relevant academics/internships welcome).
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely shipment delivery in accordance with customer requirements and service expectations.
• Monitor and track ocean freight shipments to maintain visibility and provide timely updates.
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to manage shipment data and support data-driven logistics reporting.
• Coordinate with ocean carriers to manage shipment schedules and support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with shipping lines and customs brokers to facilitate smooth import operations.
• Prepare and review import documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and timely.
