Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ocean import freight-forwarding experience.
• Previous operational management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ocean carriers, import documentation and customs processes.
• Commercially aware with experience managing departmental performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ocean import operations team.
• Oversee FCL and LCL shipments from arrival through delivery.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, billing and department profitability.
