Responsibilities

• Manage ocean importation, including customs clearance and delivery
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies for timely delivery
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Prepare and submit documents for customs clearance (invoices, B/L, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with freight, customs, and trade regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide high-quality service
