Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the ocean export process including shipping documents, customs clearance, and booking with shipping lines.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and service providers for efficient delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export controls.
