Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ocean export operations and department workflow.

• Review bookings, routing, rates, Bills of Lading, and export documentation.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, documentation issues, and operational exceptions.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. export requirements and internal procedures.
• Manage carrier and vendor relationships.
• Handle escalated customer and shipment issues.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, accounting, and other teams.

Position Summary

DIHO Consulting is currently recruiting an experienced Ocean Export Manager for a client in the Houston area.
