• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment status
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely service
• Ensure compliance with regulations and trade laws
• All other duties as assigned
