Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder Ocean Export in Houston to manage ocean export processes, booking carriages, tracking cargo, and coordinating with customers and third-party providers.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication to maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Ocean exports experience highly desirable.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for costs and rates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean export movements including carrier booking and transit management.
• Prepare and process customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Manage customer relationships and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely service.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
