Qualifications

• Experience in ocean export documentation and NVOCC operations.
• Familiarity with AES/EEI filing requirements and export compliance.
• Knowledge of Master and House Bills of Lading preparation; carrier booking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit AES/EEI export filings.
• Draft and review Master and House Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL).
• Issue shipping instructions to ocean carriers and coordinate bookings.
• Coordinate with international agents and overseas partners on shipment documentation.
• Track vessel sailings and manage document follow-up with shippers and clients.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across export documentation for high-volume operations.
