Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicago seeks an experienced Program Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to adults with mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, and related challenges.

You will conduct individual therapy, lead groups, coordinate care with outpatient teams, and create personalized treatment plans within our PHP/IOP framework.

Qualifications

• Hold licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD) with 2+ years of clinical therapy experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of exposure therapy experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with families and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and group therapy as needed.
• Coordinate care with patients' outpatient providers to ensure continuity.
• Lead group therapy sessions teaching DBT, CBT, and ACT skills.
• Provide exposure therapy and crisis management as part of the treatment team.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and document in EMR.
