Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement therapy services in accordance with student IEPs.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations.

Full-time, itinerant school-based Occupational Therapist position for the 2026-2027 school year. Serves approximately 34-45 students across multiple grade levels. Travel between three school sites (specific school assignments are still being finalized). Services include evaluations, direct therapy, consultation, and student support.

Assignment Details
