Qualifications

• Graduate OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• National Board certification obtained.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Rehab Director and care team to coordinate care.
• Refer patients as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.

Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
