Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain their abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and make necessary referrals.

Education
