Job summary

ABC Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver dynamic, pediatric-focused services across educational settings. You will help children build essential life skills and maximize their educational experience in fun, engaging sessions.

Positions are in Medina, Summit, and Cuyahoga counties. Start date ASAP with a W2, full-time or part-time during the school year, and option for summer hours. Compensation ranges from $28 to $37 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state OTA license and NBCOT certification.
• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Clear background check.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping children reach their potential.
• School or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute individualized therapy activities and plans under supervision of the OT.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the daily routine.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collect data, monitor student performance, and maintain progress reports for student goals.
• Adapt and modify learning materials, classroom environments, and adaptive equipment to accommodate students with diverse needs.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
