Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Columbus, OH seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to restore patients to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility. You will support therapy goals under supervision of the OT and DOR and guide patients in an independent exercise program.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree, a current OTA license, and proficiency with EHR and related software. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• Employee must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.

Aufgaben

• Return patient to optimal physical function within a SNF setting and support therapy goals.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function post-discharge through education and independent exercise.
