Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated occupational therapy assistant for a skilled nursing facility in Mount Vernon, OH. You will help restore residents’ independence by guiding therapeutic activities and education under supervision, within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree required.
Current and valid state license required.
OTA license required.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate patient/physician/therapy goals in SNF.
Instruct patients in maintenance of function after discharge through education and independent exercise.
Supervise activity modification under OT and DOR.
