You will work under OT supervision to guide patients toward optimal function, employing education and personalized exercise plans.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid OTA license for the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and related software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of goals within a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients on maintaining function after discharge via education and independent exercise.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers under supervision of the OT and DOR.
