PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Staff Occupational Therapist with resident related activities and direct resident care. This role emphasizes accurate documentation, infection control, and interdisciplinary communication about progress, goals, and discharge planning. The OTA will participate in care conferences, train Restorative Aides, and educate residents and families on treatment goals and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs for Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed OTA in the state and compliant with CE requirements.

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident care and related activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Support infection control, safety and equipment maintenance protocols.
