Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing national network. The role supports supervised, patient-centered treatment plans and contributes to a collaborative therapy environment.

The COTA will operate under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, document patient progress, educate patients on home programs, and participate in plan implementation at Cura of Sandstone in Sandstone, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required to practice as a COTA.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
