Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN program in Panama City, FL. You’ll work daytime shifts, collaborating with licensed therapists to deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience. You’ll implement treatment plans, document progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment, and communicate with the

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
