Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Sunrise, FL seeks a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapists and deliver patient-centered care.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs; licensure and NBCOT required; 1 year experience preferred; daytime PRN schedule in Sunrise, FL.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
