Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Vero Beach, FL, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role. You will work under an OT, implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercise programs.

This position offers daytime PRN shifts within Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center. The role requires an Associate Degree in an OTA program, an active COTA license in Florida, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
