Flexible daytime PRN schedule, mentorship, and partner-like environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
