You will provide occupational therapy services under OT supervision, contribute to personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA where required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.

Responsibilities
