Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant – Per Diem to join their client's in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification and active state licensure as a COTA are required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and kept up to date.
