South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem for SNF and Long-Term Care settings. Compensation $35.00 - $40.00/hour.

Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to apply, with NBCOT certification where required, and licensed in the state. We offer flexible schedules, professional development, and immigration support for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Be NBCOT‑certified as a COTA where required by state law.
• Current licensure as a COTA in the practice state.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
