Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a per diem position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and work with a collaborative team to achieve functional goals while maintaining regulatory documentation and up-to-date physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must be a COTA to apply.
• State licensing requirements must be current.
• NBCOT certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
