Job summary

Madison Pointe Care Center in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide skilled OT services to residents, maintain accurate documentation, and support high-quality resident care.

Requirements include Florida OTA license, graduation from an accredited OTA program, knowledge of PDPM and LTC programming. Per diem schedule offers flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Florida OTA license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Knowledge of PDPM and LTC programming is a plus.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Occupational therapy to our residents. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of Occupational therapy, to meet the needs of our residents and achieve resident outcomes. You are conscientious and organized about keeping quality documentation and all records up to date. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members. Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements

• Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Accepting new and seasoned therapists
• Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and OT scope of practice
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
