Job summary

Lion Care in Florida is seeking a detail oriented Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our SNF/long-term care team on a per diem basis. You will provide skilled OT services, document outcomes, and contribute to resident care with warmth and professionalism.

You must hold a Florida OTA license, graduate from an accredited OTA program, and be familiar with PDPM, LTC programming, and OT scope of practice. Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care is a plus; familiarity with our

Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Occupational therapy to our residents. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of Occupational therapy, to meet the needs of our residents and achieve resident outcomes. You are conscientious and organized about keeping quality documentation and all records up to date. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members. Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements

• Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Accepting new and seasoned therapists
• Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and OT scope of practice
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
