Trinity Healthcare Talent Services seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our facility in Denver. You will work with Occupational Therapists to plan and implement treatments, assist patients with ADLs, and guide therapeutic exercises to improve motor skills and coordination.

This role requires strong communication, compassion, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Aufgaben

• Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Help patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills, strength, and coordination.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and report any changes to the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to be performed at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
