Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our facility's therapy team. You will support OTs in plan development, execute therapeutic activities, and monitor patient progress in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Help patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills, strength and coordination.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to be performed at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
