Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. Under an OT, you will assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in OTA program is required.
• Current state license or certification as an OTA.
• Minimum 1 year of OTA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and provide therapy services including exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to OT.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve daily functioning and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to professional standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
