Riverwood Healthcare Center in Stockton, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join a close-knit rehab team. You will deliver skilled OT treatment under the supervising OT, focusing on ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, and cognitive retraining.
The role offers $45–$55 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, and mentorship for new grads; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and supportive leadership.
You’ll work on a close, supportive rehab team where your clinical judgment matters. Our residents come to us to regain independence, and you’ll see that progress firsthand, from a first assisted transfer to a safe discharge home. We give you realistic productivity, a manageable caseload, and a supervising OT who is actually available.
