Job summary

The Springs of Broadway in West Memphis, AR is seeking a full-time OT or OTA to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver patient-centered occupational therapy to residents, following physician orders, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have current Arkansas OT or OTA licensure, experience in SNF/long-term care, and knowledge of the Net Health EHR system. Join us to support compassionate care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.
• Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer OT/OTA treatment to residents with disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function.
• Provide OT services under the supervision of an OT (COTA) and ensure plan of care is followed.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers and monitor response to treatment.

We are looking for an OT or OTA to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (COTA)
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
• Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.

Skills

• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

Requirements

• Active/Valid Arkansas license as OT or OTA
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
