Sterling Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Media, PA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation Team. The COTA will support OT services, participate in treatment planning, and help deliver quality care to residents in a post-acute setting.
The role requires graduation from an OTA program, an active OTA license, NBCOT certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the care team.

We are looking for caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation Team!
1. Attends and contributes to patient care under the direction of the OT.
2. Responsible for effective and efficient delivery and documentation of occupational therapy services as outlined in the residents' plan of care.
3. Fully participates in patient care, staffing, and other related meetings, supervised by OT and DOR.
4. Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents.
1. Graduate of a school of Occupation Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education standards.
2. Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License and able to practice in the state(s) of licensure.
3. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
4. Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
