Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function in facility-based settings. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapeutic treatments under supervision.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will work with a collaborative team to restore independence and improve daily living skills, with opportunities for mentorship and continuing education within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• OTA program graduate per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help restore independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to others to support patient care.
