Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing Occupational Therapy services, conducting resident screenings, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliant documentation and billing. Requires an OTA license and an Associate's degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plans in accordance with established goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team collaboration.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan of care.

Education
