Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Durham, NC. Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available.

The OTA will plan, organize, and direct occupational therapy services in accordance with standards and regulations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being. Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice;

Qualifications

• Must have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility.
• Conduct regular resident screenings to determine best interventions.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans with residents and interdisciplinary team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in coordination with team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
