Job summary

CareOne is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team at CareOne at New Milford, NJ. You will work closely with nursing and clinical staff to provide rehab services and support patient outcomes.

You’ll follow treatment plans from supervising therapists, document care accurately, and may travel to other facilities as needed. We offer part-time and full-time roles with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities within our multi-state network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation care per supervising therapist guidance.
• Complete clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting requirements.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
• Participate in in-service training programs as requested.
