Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Initial certification by NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Follow developed recovery plans and adapt as needed to maximize independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address whole-patient needs and ensure coordinated care.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion to support progress and comfort.
• Assist in discharge planning and referrals to ensure continued progress beyond sessions.
