Job summary

A rehabilitation services provider seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Monroe, Michigan. Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress, problems, and plans with the OT and family.
• Participate in Plan of Care Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and progress notes.
• Instruct families in maintenance programs under the OT's supervision.
• Participate in discharge planning under the OT's guidance.
