Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress and participate in care meetings.
• Record treatment notes and provide input for discharge summaries.
