Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan under supervision of Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress to Occupational Therapist and family.
• Participate in Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and complete daily billing of services.
