Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a growing team working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient care across therapy sessions.

Responsibilities include executing treatment programs, documenting patient progress, communicating with therapists and staff, and operating standard OT equipment to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
