Lionstone Care is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant in Youngstown, OH to support resident rehabilitation. The role focuses on assisting the Occupational Therapist with therapy planning and delivery, documentation, and telehealth activities.

You will help ensure timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning, while maintaining accurate billing and adherence to HIPAA and safety standards. Flexible shifts and meaningful patient contact await.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Ohio license to practice as an OTA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in planning, development, organization and directing of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes and discharges are completed timely.
• Maintain billing and ensure daily notes are completed on the date of service.
• Provide individualized occupational therapy services according to the Plan of Care.
