Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-focused care under a licensed OT, delivering function-focused therapy in collaboration with the facility team.

You will support ongoing treatment plans, participate in case management, and maintain compliant documentation while advancing clinical and leadership skills with Reliant’s mentorship and development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering treatment per established plans of care.
• Perform ongoing therapy, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and assist with case management.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
